 The quality system

The Pomegranate, the symbol of quality.
It has been the chosen fruit representing the province, also a symbol for grading the three quality categories of accommodation, comparable to any other offered in Europe by means of an internal classification system based on the demanding standards in other countries and regions.
  Functional with basic standard facilities, fulfilling the requirements of the traveller in Andalusia and the minimum standards in other European countries.
 Providing facilities for a medium level of comfort, whilst meeting the following European standards of reference: UK- 2 stars/keys. France- 2 leaves. Austria- 2 flowers. Ireland- Irish Homes.
  A level of comfort and providing facilities equivalent to: UK- 3 stars/keys. France- 3 leaves. Austria- 3 flowers. Germany- DLG-Qualitätssiegel.

General Conditions

 Minimum stays:
Houses and rural dwellings
a minimum of two nights stay at all times of the year, except on weekends (3-4 nights), festivals -Easter and Chistmas (7 nights), high summer season -July, August, first week September (7 nights). The properties will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and departure must be before 12.00 noon, unless agreed otherwise.
Hotels
Arrival not before 14.00, departure before 12.00 noon on the day of departure. There are no conditions for a minimum stay as previously stated, except for special offers/arrangements given by individual hotels.
 Forms of Payment:

When reserving accommodation, a 50% deposit is required payable as early as possible before occupation of the accommodation. Payment should be transferred to:

It is necessary to pay everything before arrival. The reservation has to be confirmed by a copy of the remittance slip 24 h before arrival. Fax: 958 781 571

 Cancellations:
 

 When cancelling a reservation, the following charges are imposed:


 ~ Up to 20 days prior to occupation - Fixed at 12 €.
 ~ From 19 to 7 days prior: 5%.
 ~ From 6 to 4 days prior: 15%.
 ~ From 3 to 2 days prior: 40%.
 ~ 1 day before: 100%.

High season: ( From the 1st of June until the 15th of Septembre, long Weekends, Easter, Christmas ( 24.12 - 09.01) und national holidays):

~ Up to 30 days prior to occupation - Fixed at 12 €.
 ~ From 30 to 16 days prior: 15%.
 ~ From 15 to 10 days prior: 40%.
 ~ 9 day before: 100%.

 Services included:
 Prices include:
~ Accommodation and/or food allowance in the contracted arrangement stated by the chosen accommodation.
~ Normal consumption of electricity, water, gas, use of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the accommodation.
~ All taxes and corresponding rates.
~ I.V.A. (VAT)
In each case it is advisable to consult Central Reservations to clarify any points you may wish to discuss.
 Important:
The client has the exclusive and total responsibility for the declaration of the correct number of people occupying the accommodation. Central Reservations will take legal proceedings if the declaration is false. The keys are available up to 10.00 pm on the day of entry, unless agreed otherwise. A deposit of 150 € is required which will be returned when the client departs, providing no misdemeanor has taken place causing damage to the property and it's contents. In accommodation that allows animals, a deposit of90 € is required which will be returned on departure, providing no damage has been caused to the property.
Central Reservations, reserve the right to substitute accommodation with another that has similar characteristics and facilities, where applicable - unforeseen circumstances. In the case of irregularities and deficiencies experienced by the client within the accommodation, it should be reported as soon as possible to Central Reservations, who will provide a solution by effecting a change of accommodation if it deems necessary.
Having selected your choice of accomodation the client accepts full responsibility and the conditions applicable to that property. All claims referring to non compliance of agreement and contitions, from both parties, will be subjected to a tribunal in Granada and Spanish law.
